Free Lawyer Advice in North Carolina all day on Friday, March 1.
On
Friday, March 1, 2013, North Carolina residents will be able to talk to a NC
lawyer by phone for free during the sixth annual “Ask a Lawyer Day” between
the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The event, sponsored by the North Carolina
Bar Association, has become a phenomenal opportunity for everyone involved.
Last year during the twelve hour period, a record-setting number of over 10,000
callers had their personal legal questions answered.
Lawyers
in every area of practice will take calls from seven calls centers all around
the state. There will be live TV coverage in most areas, and WFMY Channel 2 in
Greensboro will be broadcasting the event beginning at 7 am. Again this year
there will be a Spanish language call center where Spanish-speaking lawyers
will be taking calls from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. as well.
