Hospice and Palliative Care Programs on Friday, February 8, and Tuesday, February 19.
Hospice conducts free clinics to assist citizens to learn about living wills and health care powers of attorney. There is no charge for this service. The presentation lasts about an hour. A notary will be present for those ready to complete the documents.
The program on Friday, February 8, is at 11:00 am at the Hospice & Palliative Care Center located at 121 Hospice Lane in Winston-Salem.
The program on Tuesday, February 19, is at 1:00 pm at the Shepherd's Center located at 1700 Ebert Street in Winston-Salem.
